Butterscotch is one of the smartest Heathens. He has a genius-level intellect and a knack for computer hacking.
Special Weapons:
Butterscotch carries a specially designed adamant sledgehammer with him at all times. The heavy weapon was a gift given to him by Kismet. It was forged by Uncle Fester after the handle on the original one he carried had splintered and cracked.
Biography:
Even though he is very imposing to look at due to his massive frame, enormous height, and the choice of weapon that he carries in combat, those traits are not the reason why Butterscotch is considered one of the most frightening Heathens Kismet has ever recruited. Only those individuals who have ever lived at the farmhouse know that the most dangerous aspect of Butterscotch is not his brawn but his brain and remarkably high IQ. Unfortunately, for those that oppose him, this aspect is often overlooked. For instance, prior to stepping foot on the battlefield, Bubblegum will ask the cold and calculating Butterscotch to use his advanced knowledge of mathematics to assist him in mission planning. This is an aspect of warfare that truly exhilarates Butterscotch because he believes the mind is the greatest weapon a human can wield.
Prior to his inclusion into the Heathens, Butterscotch was prone to hearing voices in his head demanding blood in the name of Mother Earth. For quite some time he tried valiantly to ignore their relentless mandates. However, debilitating headaches would soon follow and the pain would eventually drive him over the edge. Nowadays, and with the help of Kismet, Butterscotch keeps the voices at bay. More importantly, he feeds Mother Earth all the blood she can drink.
When he is not squashing the heads of his enemies with his unbreakable sledgehammer, Butterscotch likes to partake in a few of his favorite pastimes. These include teasing the rambunctious Lolli-Pop over her inability to think rationally and stealing her cherry lollipops when she is not looking.
